Michelle's Inauguration Dress?

I am sure by now that Michelle Obama has decided which designer duds she will be wearing to the inauguration.  I think that we can all agree that the dress by Narcisco Rodriguez, which she wore to the acceptance was hideous and unflattering.  I was more than shocked when she came out because she has such class and style, and typically makes good choices in her clothing.  She must be having so much fun.  I mean, who gets to play dress up on such a large scale and have their choice of any designer they choose.  Yep, I'm a little jealous, but more proud.  I can't wait to see them walk out on stage.  I know that they will all look stunning.  The above sketch is from Isaac Mizrahi.  I like the sketch for Michelle's dress, but I don't like the dresses for the girls.

Yes, I hated that dress too. And I would agree that usually Mrs. Obama looks very hip, stylish, sophisticated and elegant. But I do know that everyone commits a fashion faux paux's from time to time. I'm thinking about that unfortunate period where I actually went out in public decked out in gray baggy sweats. Fortunately, for me, my friends don't remember that period. Unfortunately, for Mrs. Obama, the whole world is privvy to any misguided wardrobe selection.

I'm looking forward to seeing how she and her girls are dressed on inauguration day - I know they'll all look stunning.
